2 Super Easy Healthy Breakfast Ideas!

Ingredients

1 whole grain tortilla
2 TBS of natural organic peanut butter
1 or 1/2 small banana sliced
2 strawberries slice
a dash of cinnamon

Directions

This one is so easy to make! 
Just spread your PB on the wrap, chop up your fruit, place on top, and roll it up! 
That’s pretty much it!

2. Rainbow Parfait

Ingridients
Screen Shot 2015-03-27 at 12.27.40 PM1 cup of coconut yogurt
1/4 cup mangoes, diced
1/4 cup of kiwis, diced
1/4 cup of strawberries, diced
tiny handful of blueberries
a sprinkle of pistachio nutmeats (unsalted)

Directions
This is way easier than the one before...
Just layer in rainbow fashion between the fruits and the coconut yogurt!
